A Journey from Chronic Pain to Healing
For over 20 years, Jen lived with chronic headaches and limited range of motion due to a severe neck injury that resulted in a fracture at C6-C7. “I had tried multiple modalities. I just knew I was going to have a headache forever,” Jen shared. The constant pain and functional headaches became a part of everyday life.
Jen’s first experience with the Spinal Flow Technique was during an in-person immersive event. “That was the first time I ever had any spinal flow hands-on me. After day three, I have not had a headache since. It was insane.” This remarkable transformation eliminated the need for pain medications and restored the full range of motion in her neck.

Jen described the profound impact of this healing experience: “My neck has never felt better. I don’t remember having that type of movement. For me, it was a life-changing experience. I was a believer before I came, but to have that much healing for myself in such a short time, it was honestly life-changing.”

Since that immersive event, Jen has continued to support her own healing using the tools and techniques learned through the Spinal Flow Technique. “I don’t clench and grind my teeth as much as I used to, which also helps with headaches. I suspect at some point in my life, I may experience a headache again, but I also know that I don’t have to live in a headache world anymore.”
