Overcoming PTSD and Chronic Pain: Healing Journey with the Spinal Flow Technique
In a life-altering incident, Tabitha Rogers found herself grappling with severe physical injuries, PTSD, and chronic pain after being hit by a car. The emotional and mental scars were just as profound, leaving her with anxiety and a lingering sense of fear.
The Struggles Before Spinal Flow
“I was a pedestrian hit by a car, and it left a lot of physical damage, a lot of mental and emotional stuff,” Tabitha shares. The trauma was overwhelming, leading to chronic pain and a deep-rooted PTSD that seemed impossible to overcome. Despite trying multiple modalities, the relief was always temporary. “They turned off my fight-or-flight, but it didn’t do anything long-term.”
Discovering Hope with the Spinal Flow Technique
Everything changed when Tabitha encountered a Facebook ad for the Spinal Flow Technique. “I kept running across your Facebook ad, and I was like, I’m gonna do it,” she recalls. Trusting her intuition, she decided to attend the November 2023 immersive session, despite her high anxiety. The impact was immediate and profound. “In the training, my PTSD went from here to basically non-existent. My chronic pain is completely gone. I have absolutely zero residual pain.”
A Full Recovery: Body and Mind
Tabitha’s journey with the Spinal Flow Technique didn’t just alleviate her pain; it restored balance to her body. “I did have the right side of my spine, all the muscles along my spine, were like two and a half inches raised compared to the other side. Basically, the whole length of my spine. That has all evened out just from me getting maintenance sessions.”
A New Belief in Healing
Dr Carli Axford, founder of the Spinal Flow Technique, emphasises the importance of self-healing in the practitioner training program. “When you can feel it and experience it yourself, and you know, ‘I am different now,’ it makes sense. You were hit, there’s trauma everywhere. If that is not resolved, it stays in the body, leading to blockages and pain.”
Tabitha’s story is a testament to the incredible healing potential of the Spinal Flow Technique. From reclaiming her body and life to becoming a beacon of hope for others, her journey is nothing short of inspiring.
The Power of Healing and Transformation
Experiencing such a transformation firsthand, Tabitha is now a firm believer in the Spinal Flow Technique. “It’s done absolute wonders for me, and so knowing what it’s done for me, I am a total believer that it can work for everybody.”
