Healing Pain and Trauma With The Spinal Flow Technique

The Spinal Flow® Technique, developed by Dr Carli Axford, is a groundbreaking healing modality designed to unlock the body’s innate potential to heal. Combining the principles of chiropractic care with a holistic approach, Spinal Flow® addresses physical, emotional, and chemical stresses that manifest as blockages in the spine. By learning to identify and release these blockages, practitioners help clients experience profound transformations in their health and well-being.

Real-Life Healing Stories: Makayla's Experience

Makayla, a passionate Spinal Flow® practitioner, shares an inspiring story of a client who underwent an incredible transformation through Spinal Flow® sessions.

From Trauma to Transformation

Makayla recalls working with a woman in her late 70s who had endured significant trauma throughout her life. This trauma had a profound impact on both her emotional and physical health.

“We’re not separate; we’re normal people wanting to do good and help others. We learn about our bodies and help our bodies heal while helping others.”

Despite these challenges, Makayla adapted her approach to accommodate her client’s needs. After just a few sessions, remarkable changes began to occur:

“After her second session, she said, ‘Makayla, I think I can try lying flat on my stomach.’ By the third session, she was able to lie flat, something she hadn’t done in years.”

A Journey of Healing and Renewal

Through regular sessions, the client’s progress continued to astound both Makayla and her client:

“She has reduced her medication, gained height, and her blood pressure has normalised. Her spine’s curve has changed significantly, and she experiences less pain.”

The emotional healing was equally profound. The client began to recall and release long-held traumas, leading to a greater sense of freedom and vitality:

“She has hopped off my table and said, ‘Makayla, I think we just released something from when I was eight.’ This emotional release has allowed her to feel more free and experience more flow in her life.”

Embracing Life Again

One of the most significant changes was the client’s renewed ability to participate in life:

“She goes out for coffee dates, sees her friends, and has started driving again. These are things she hadn’t done in a long time, and it’s incredible to see her reclaim her life.”

Dr Carli Axford emphasises the importance of these transformations:

“The biggest thing is that she’s participating in life. She’s seeing friends, driving, and engaging with the world again. It’s beautiful to witness someone regain their life and happiness.”
